The Resort is set on about one acre and features 16 single and double storey units (15 x two bedroom & 1 x three bedroom), guest lounge and games room, indoor swimming pool and spa, sauna, half tennis court, children’s playground and BBQ areas and there’s the famous Holiday Concepts Pancake Breakfast. 


The Penguin Parade experience is sure to be a highlight of your visit.  As the sun fade in the evening sky, the little penguins waddle up the beach to the safety of their homes in the sand dunes.  Witness this magical procession.


You can stroll along the Nobbies boardwalk to view the majestic rugged south coast and blowhole.  See the southern hemisphere’s second largest fur seal colony from the land or take a Wildlife Coast Cruise or an Ocean Rafting Adventure.  The Nobbies Centre is Australia’s newest marine attraction, explore and discover the secrets of the incredible southern marine environment including seals, sharks and dolphins.


The Koala Conservation Centre, Phillip Island Wildlife Park, Maru Koala & Fauna Park and the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit are other attractions not to be missed.

Directions

From Melbourne: The nearest international airport is Melbourne, approximately 170km from the resort.  From the airport take the Tullamarine Freeway towards the CityLink (M1), follow the CityLink to the South Eastern Suburbs (SE) turn off.  Turn left onto the West Gate Freeway (M1) going through the Burnley Tunnel, and follow all the signs to Dandenong.  Once you have passed the Dandenong signs you will see the signs for Phillip Island.  Follow these signs to the island.  After crossing the bridge to Phillip Island, follow the main road to Cowes.  At the third roundabout, turn left into Church Street.  Approximately 1.5km into Church St, turn right into McHaffie Drive.  The resort is approximately 50m on the right.  Travel time is approximately 2 hours by car from Melbourne. 

Please note:  When using the CityLink toll way, you will be required to purchase a DAY PASS.  This can be done at any Post Office or selected Shell Service Station, or by calling 13 26 29 before your trip.  PENALTIES APPLY IF A DAY PASS IS NOT PURCHASED.
